Cross Faded & Crunk — Mixing Alcohol With Marijuana — Is it Dangerous?
Alcohol is one of the most used mind-altering substances in America. Over 86 percent of Americans over the age of 18 have reported using some form of alcohol. At least 50% say they drink regularly. Although alcohol has been part of American culture for centuries, it is still a dangerous chemical if overused. It only takes a couple of drinks to cause someone to change their behavior, or even lose inhibitions.
Constant alcohol consumption can cause a number of health issues, such as brain damage, living damage, memory loss. Excess drinking can cause alcohol poisoning, even death in some people.
The effect of alcohol on the human body is an individual thing. The degree to which a person is affected is determined by weight, height, overall health, amount consumed, and age.
The active compound in marijuana is Tetrahydrocannabinol, or (THC). This is the main substance that makes one feel high. The plant is mostly used by smoking it. But it can be consumed in a variety of ways, such as mixing it with food, brewing it into a tea, oils/tinctures, and concentrates.
23 states have legalized the use of marijuana/cannabis for medical purposes. New Mexico, Alaska, Washington, Colorado, and Oregon are allowing recreational use of marijuana legal.
